It takes a village they say. Here at GCPL we are proud of our team. They contribute in various roles to keep library operations smoothly rolling along. They are valued members of the community. The #MeetGCPL blog highlights a library team member and lets you get to know them a little bit more, so when you see them at your local Branch you can connect further.
For this #MeetGCPL we would like to introduce you to Tracy. Tracy is from Mantua, Ohio, but spent time growing up in Reminderville . She currently works at our Chardon Branch as a Shelver.

My favorite series growing up were Unicorns of Balinor and Heartland.

I have a dog, Korra, a cat, Zed, and two bettas, Narwhal and Mystique.

Tennessee. I love the mountains and I have family there.
– How she spends her free time:
I’m on social media a lot, but I also like music, art, and books (of course). Family and pets too!
– Something new she would like to try:
I keep trying to teach myself Latin (but it’s tough!) because I’d like to have a better understanding of language in general.
– Something she suggests you should try:
Have a pet, it really shows you what unconditional love can be like.
– Most memorable library experience:
I don’t have a specific memory, but I’ve loved the library since I was a kid and my mom would bring me.
