Geauga County Public Library provides free meeting and study rooms across its six library branches, where library patrons can connect and engage in civic, cultural, or educational programs, events, or meetings.
Reservation Info
Meeting room reservations require an active library card, approval from the branch’s manager, and can be reserved 3 months in advance. Study rooms do not require an active library card and can be reserved 1 month in advance. All reservations must end, including clean up, 15 minutes before the library’s closure. How to Reserve a Room:
1) Click the button of your local branch below.
2) Browse room options to find the best fit for your needs.
3) Click ‘Reserve’ to begin the reservation process.
4) Select desired reservation day and time.
5) Complete reservation form.
6) Sign in at the branch’s reference desk on day of reservation.
Late Arrival/No-show Policy
Reservations will be canceled 20 minutes after the start time of a reservation if the scheduled patron is a no-show or a late arrival.
