Geauga County Public Library consists of a team of over 100 community-serving library staff spread across six library branches. Being a library system dedicated to the Geauga community and its needs, we require a bright and motivated team to help us best serve our community.

About Us
Our story begins in July 1964 when the Chardon Public Library and the surrounding libraries joined forces to create the Geauga County Public Library system our county knows today.
We’re driven by our strategic plan to engage, connect, and inspire the residents of Geauga County, making a positive impact in the lives of our patrons and the Geauga community.
Geauga County Public Library is home to six full-sized library branch locations, a mobile services department, two maker spaces, and an administrative center.

Hiring Standards
Geauga County Public Library posts positions as they become available. Copies of postings are made available at every library branch location.
