Document Services

Geauga County Public Library offers a variety of document services to help library patrons stay connected and engaged. Available services include printing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing. Document services are available at all Geauga County Public Library branches during their regular hours of operation.

Printing from Home

Don’t have much time and need to print something fast? Send your documents from home and release them once at the branch with our Papercut Webprint.  To use this service, sign up for a PaperCut account online using your library card and PIN number.  Instructions are listed at the bottom of this page.

Printing from Personal Devices

Want to print something but don’t want to log on to a library computer? Send documents straight from your phone, tablet, or personal laptop to our print queue using our Mobile Printing service. To use this service, patrons must be connected to the Library’s wi-fi and have a PaperCut account.

Black and white copies: $0.20/page

Color copies: $0.50/page

Additional Services

Faxing

Faxing services are available at all library branches and free of charge. Fax machines do not have a page limit and are capable of single- and double-sided faxes. Cover sheets are available near all machines.

Photocopying

Photocopying services are available at all library branches and are priced in accordance with the print prices listed above. Documents can be copied and printed in both black/white and color.

Scanning

Scanning services are available at all library branches and free of charge. Documents can be scanned using the branch’s printer and saved directly to a USB drive or sent to an email address.

Web Printing: A Step-by-Step Guide

1)

Log in or create a PaperCut account using your library card and PIN number.

2)

Select Web Print from the column on the left.

3)

Select the Submit a Job button.

4)

For black and white printing, select printing\GCPL Black and White. For color printing, select printing\GCPL Color.

5)

Scroll to the bottom of the page. Click Print Options and Account Selection.

6)

Select the number of copies to print. Click Upload Documents.

7)

Select and upload your documents. Click Upload & Complete.

8)

Print jobs will be displayed on the Web Print screen. When the status reads, “Held in a queue,” it will be ready release.
